Payments – Tuition, Dues and Fees
Returning Clergy Please Note
If you paid your dues on this system via credit/debit card last year, unless:
• your card has expired and you need to input details for a new one
• or your level of ordination changed in the last year (e.g. moving from Healer/Counselor to Minister)
there is NO NEED to enter this page to pay your dues. The system is configured to automatically rebill you the same amount on the same date using the same card as it did last year. If you attempt to manually pay your dues, we will end up with two payments for you and need to refund the extra charge. You now only need to enter the site once a year to file your annual report in January of the following year.
New Clergy
If this is the first time you’ve paid dues with the Church, then you will need to login, enter credit/debit card details, and manually pay your dues this first time. Next year, the system will automatically rebill you unless your details changed during the year.
