Ask to receive the healing at a time that works for you, like in the evening, or while you are sleeping. You may want to set some intentions for yourself before opening to receive the healing. There is limitless energy available to you. Like an affirmation, it is good to make each request concise and positive--what you want, not what you don't want. It is also helpful to reach high, to “go for it.”

A time of spiritual fellowship—a circle of love light and flow. We will take time for attendees to talk about something in their lives they would like to bring more light and awareness to. When everyone has been heard from we will go into silence connecting with Spirit/Divine Light. After the transmission we will have time for participants to share about their experience and then we will bring the call to a close. Please, come and add your light to the circle!

Services are held on the second Sunday of the month, at 10:30 AM Eastern (June, July, and August are off and May is rescheduled for Mother's Day).

Programs usually last about 1 hour and often are conducted in a PeerSpirit Circle. "What transforms a meeting into a circle is the willingness of peole to shift from informal socializing or opinionated discussion into a receptive attitude of thoughtful speaking and deep listening and to embody and practice the sructures outlined here."
